Broadway Theater District Businesses
On Friday, March 4, Mayor Eric Adams announced that the City of New York has lifted Key to NYC vaccination requirements for customers of indoor dining, indoor entertainment, and indoor recreation businesses, effective Monday, March 7.
- Vaccine requirements are lifted for indoor dining, indoor entertainment, and indoor recreation businesses as of Monday, March 7.
- Any business can have a policy requiring masks or vaccinations, as long as they apply those policies lawfully. More information about discrimination and reasonable accommodations is available here.
- There has been no change to mask mandates in public transit, and no change to mask & vaccination mandates in healthcare and other congregate settings.
